1) Software Test Engineer

Years of Experience: 2 – 6 yrs

Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably Computer Sc or Electronics or Information Technology

Primary Responsibilities:
• Familiarity with SDLC and test methodology including test-data management, bug reporting and resolution, test design, and test case development.
• Familiarity with product design reviews
• Provide essential support to the team to ensure the quality of the product.
• Define Test Strategy and Test Plan for owned features
• Independently assess quality and provide feedback, suggest process improvements/methodologies
• Work independently to perform end-to-end system testing of the product from developed test procedures
• Should have a test to break attitude and should be able to design positive & negative test scenarios
• Evaluate and Analyze test results to ensure tests have passed
• Work closely with the development engineers on defects reporting, debugging and tracking to isolate software faults and ensure that all requirements are covered and met
• Having hands-on in RFT in executing the test cases/scripts.
• Work on designing and developing automation frameworks.

Mandatory Skills required to perform the job:
• Experience in testing methods like GUI, Functional, Integration, Regression, System and Performance Testing
• Experience in Manual Testing/ Black box testing
• Experience in Test plan preparation, Test case design and execution, Bug reporting and Tracking
• Strong analytical problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Desirable Skill:
• Hands-on expertise in RFT is a plus. Exposure on Perl / JavaScript / VB Script / JAVA/ ASP is a plus
• Certification like CSQA or CSTE
• Exposure in Product Software testing will be an added advantage
• Experience in RTOS/ Linux/ Unix
• Experience in automation framework/ white box testing

2) Software Engineer

Years of experience: 3 – 5

Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably Computer Sc or Electronics or Information Technology

Primary Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the windows component of Novellus controls software in .Net (Framework 2.0 or above) and VC++ with MFC
• Plans, coordinates and executes development activities within the scope of individual projects
• Responsible for feature enhancements and complete ownership of software components
• Interacts with peers across multiple functional groups to carry out day to day activities
Mandatory Skills:
• Working experience in Visual Studio .Net
• Framework 2.0 or above
• C#
• Mixed code environment i.e. managed & unmanaged using interoperability
• WinForms
• WPF
• Experience in VC++ with MFC
• Experience in design & implementation using OOPs concept
